Informational use
Content on Ian Nuttall is provided for general information only. It may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. You should verify important information against original or official sources before relying on it.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the information provided here.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms availability, bypass access controls, or use it for unlawful activity.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.
Membership
- A membership is paid yearly, at the price shown when you join. It renews every year until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing in your account. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
- You keep every members post published while you were a member, even after you cancel. Questions and any other perks need an active membership.
- If you don’t think the membership is worth it, reply to any email ian.is has sent you and I’ll refund your year, minus Stripe’s fee (about 3%). A refund ends your access to members posts.
- Access starts as soon as you pay, so the 14-day cancellation period doesn’t apply, but the refund always does.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
