Title and CTR fixes
Find the pages on page one that get too few clicks for their position, and a new title for each that keeps its main searches.
Title and CTR fixes reads your Google Search Console data and finds the pages on page one that get fewer clicks than your other pages at the same position. For each page it shows its live title and meta description, its searches with their click rate against the one expected at that position, and a new title where the words are missing.
It’s free when up to 25 pages need a fix. More costs 1 credit ($1) a run, and the cost shows before you run it. Sign in, connect Search Console (read-only), pick a site and run it.

What you get
- Up to 100 pages, best first, each with its searches, position, impressions, clicks and click rate from the last 28 days, next to the click rate expected at that position.
- The live title and meta description, read from the page when the run is made, with the title’s width in Google’s results.
- A new title that adds the page’s search with the most clicks to win and keeps the searches it must not lose.
- What to change in the description, and a realistic range of extra clicks if the click rate reaches your site’s own.
- CSV and JSON downloads of every run, and a link an AI agent can work through.
How it works
- It loads the last 56 days of your Search Console data, one day at a time, and keeps it up to date while you use it.
- It works out what each search wants, and your site’s own click rate at each position on page one, from your pages with enough data: one rate for searches that want one particular site, one for the rest. Where there is too little data it uses a typical rate.
- A page is listed when a search it ranks for on page one has enough impressions for a site of your size (200 on a big site) and gets under 60% of the clicks your other pages get at that position. A page that gets few clicks only for searches that want another site, such as a brand’s own name, is not listed: a new title would not change that.
- Searches that name another product or site are left out of the estimate and never go into a title.
- It leaves out searches for your own brand, searches with nothing to act on, and searches Google spreads over many pages of one template.
- It reads each page as Google sees it now. A page that redirects, is gone or asks not to be indexed gets no title: the report says what to check instead.
- A page whose title already has the words of its searches keeps its title: the report says to check the live results and the description instead.
- Otherwise the new title adds the missing search. It keeps the page’s biggest searches and the ones that bring it the most clicks when the title has them now, keeps the search it starts with, and keeps any search Quick wins or Content gaps asks this page to rank for. A final check reads each title and may reword it using only words your searches and page already have. When no wording passes every check, the report says what the new title needs instead of showing one.
- The same data gives the same titles: each checked title is kept and reused.
- A low click rate alone does not say why. Look at the live results first: ads, AI answers or rich results above you can take the clicks whatever your title says.
After you make a change
- Mark an item done when you have changed the title. Title and CTR fixes measures the page’s clicks 28 and 56 days later against the same number of days before, and shows the result on your site’s page.
- Dismiss an item you do not want to work on. It stays out of later runs.
- Run it again to see what is new, what is still open and what was resolved since the last run.
