Use a few agents at a time

too many comments to read all but the summary is:

- 2-3 few agents at a time is ideal
- try to use them on different tasks/projects
- multitask in moderation
- too many agents = you miss things/quality drops

there are exceptions like @steipete who has parallel agents nailed!
