Remove filler from Claude with output filters

anthropic could massively improve the ux of claude with a few output regex rules:

You're absolutely right! > remove it I BEG
Ah, I see the issue now > just tell me the issue
Let me [do something] > just do it
[first sentence ends with !] > remove entire sentence
