Improve AI loop with simple iteration

The number of cool ralph shit popping up is amazing 👀

my suggestion: start with the DUMBEST loop you can, i.e

while :; do cat PROMPT.⁠md | codex exec ; done

and then iterate to build a flow that works for you by slowly chatting to ai to improve it
